Al Manaf International Manpower Corp. (“Al Manaf”, “we”, “us” or “our”) supplies high-skilled Filipino workers for the world market. We provide unparalleled human-resourced solutions for various employment abroad.
We take pride in conducting business responsibly and ethically, thus, we pursue our business goals and provide our services, we ensure that the personal data we process are safeguarded and the data privacy rights of the individuals whose data we process are upheld, placing highest regard on the data privacy and security of our stakeholders.
We ensure that the data privacy principles are embedded in our processes whenever we handle the Personal Data of our stakeholders in accordance with the requirements of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA) and other related laws.
WHO WE ARE
Al Manaf provides human resource services by supplying Filipino Manpower for the world market. When we use the term “Service(s)” we mean collectively:
1. The service and information provided through our website owned and controlled by us, including the website at https://almanaf.ph/ (the “Site(s)”);
2. The provision of services such as sourcing of Filipino candidates and assisting in document processing for the foreign principals and the candidates.
3. Our marketing and business development activities (“Marketing”).

This Privacy Notice describes how we collect, use, store, disclose, dispose and protect your Personal Data as we pursue our advocacy for our members and provide our Services.

· Sensitive Personal Information is any information about individual’s race, ethnic origin, marital status, age, color, and religious, philosophical or political affiliations; individual’s health or education; about any criminal, civil or administrative proceeding of an individual; unique government issued identifiers; and those established by law as classified, as defined under applicable Data Privacy Laws.
· Processing of Personal Data refers to any operation or any set of operations performed upon personal data including, but not limited to, the collection, use, storage, disclosure or disposal.
This Privacy Notice does not cover the practices of companies we do not own or control or people we do not manage and this Privacy Notice does not apply to any third-party sites that may link to or be accessible from our Sites.

· Sensitive personal information, such as date and place of birth, marital status, religion, arrest record and conduct, affiliations or organizations, government issued identifiers (i.e. identification numbers for PAG-IBIG Fund (including Member Data Record), SSS, GSIS, TIN and PhilHealth, and copies of government issued IDs such as Passport), VISA, professional licenses or civil service eligibility;
· Health data including medical report and health examination results;
· Personal data of your beneficiaries and dependents such as full name, address, age, date of birth, occupation, gender, marital status, status of employment;
· Information related to personal finances, such as bank account details, bank statements, taxation information and other relevant details needed for purposes of facilitating payments and taxes;
· Records of your transactions, the content you have provided us with, your requests, your agreements with us and the services provided to you;
· Information that we would need to conduct due diligence for identity and legitimacy verification; and
· Other information that may be collected from your interaction and use of our website.
When we provide our recruitment and processing Services we may also collect the following Personal Data of our clients or their representatives:

When we conduct our own hiring process, employee onboarding, compensation and benefits and employee record management, we may collect the following Personal Data of applicants or employees:

DATA DISCLOSURE AND SHARING
In the course of your transaction with us, we may disclose and share your Personal Data to the following:
1. To third-party service providers engaged by us who process personal data on our behalf as a result of the service they perform. These service providers will only process your Personal Data upon our instructions.
Rest assured that, in sharing your personal data, Al Manaf will ensure that your rights as a data subject are protected and respected. We will only share your Personal Data upon your consent, when necessary, or when allowed by the DPA and other relevant rules and regulations. We ensure the personal data being shared to the above listed recipients are not excessive in relation to the declared and specified purpose.
PERIOD FOR DATA RETENTION
Electronic records are securely stored in local drives within our office. Physical documents, on the other hand, are stored and kept within our office in a secured storage facility.
We will retain your Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as may be required by applicable law, rules and regulations.
Once it is ascertained that the retention is no longer necessary, we will securely dispose your Personal Data in accordance with our internal procedure such as: shredding the physical records, deletion or purging of electronic data including its backups, and through such other means that would prevent further processing.

We implement reasonable and appropriate technical, physical and organizational security measures to protect your Personal Data from unauthorized disclosure, misuse, alteration, loss or destruction.
