The documents required for accreditation by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) are:
JOB ORDER set~
1. INITIAL Job Order/Manpower Request
2. ' model ' POEA Employment Contract
3. Joint Affidavit
4. Recruitment Agreement
+ Principal’s Business License/Commercial Registration/Status with License No. (with English translation)
+ Company Profile
+ Identification Card (IC) of Official Signatory
+ Labor Quota/approval to hire foreign workers
Upon release of documents listed above from the nearest PH Labor Office in Country of Employment / Embassy, Foreign Principal shall courier all the original copies with OFFICIAL RECEIPT from POLO/Embassy via courier for AL MANAF PH to immediately facilitate the registration to POEA (Philippine Overseas Employment Administration). Soon after their approval, we can start the sourcing and mobilization of Filipino workers.
